Due Date on metric scorecard doesn't show correctly based on user input

When creating a new metric on a scorecard, I set the due date to be a certain date (12/15/2022 in the below example):

When I "Save" the metric and open up multiple targets, the due date is set to 12/30/22.  No matter what I set as the Due Date at the start, it always defaults to exactly 1 month from today.

This means anyone viewing the metric trend with Show targets activated will see the incorrect Due Date (see below).  As a business user, I need to be able to set the due date when I create the metric and see this accurately reflected in the underlying data.

@v-mengzhu-msft open a scorecard.  Click on "Edit" the scorecard and then choose to edit a metric, click on the "Manual" dropdown under "Final Target", and choose "Multiple targets"
