Download a .pbix copy is extremely slow

I have been waiting for hours to generate a .pbix file out of my report. 

Is there any known outage of this service?

You can see from Support site, all Power BI regions run smoothly. 

Is there any error throws out finally when you download the report?

Is it this report very large? Have you tried with other reports to see if the same issue occurs?
