Does anyone know why Free Account users suddenly can no longer view the report I shared to them?

Few of Free Account users are unable to view the reports I shared to them, but they are able to view the reports all the while. May I know why? I am a Pro licence user.

Hi @Anonymous,

Which method do you share the reports with these users? If you are using Share button to share reports, as these users are free users, the reports need to be resides in a premium workspace. 

You can go through this document: 

"With sharing, whether you share content inside or outside your organization, you need a Power BI Pro license. Your recipients also need Power BI Pro licenses, or the content needs to be in a Premium capacity."
