Disable tooltip option for buttons are not working (April 2022 update)

I have disabled the button tooltip and it was working fine till March 2022 update. 

In April 2022 update, the option name slightly changed as below 

As you can see it is off. But when I publish the report, tooltips are enabled. In edit mode, I can see the options are old and No Tooltip is off. Hence it is showing the default tooltip. Kindly fix this bug.

Hi , @nandukrishnavs 

I turned off the Tooltip in Desktop as you said, and then published the report to the Desktop. I saw on the Service that the Tooltip of this report was also turned off. My Desktop is also the April version.

@v-yetao1-msft I think something wrong happened with my pbix file. I'm unable to replicate the same scenario in the new pbix file.

A strange thing, I opened your pbix file in my Desktop, but I don't seem to see the Tooltip you marked.

@v-yetao1-msft  Did you open it in the March version or the April version?

In the April version, the option name is different. It is Tooltip On or Off

In the March version, the option name is No Tooltip On or Off
