Difference in calculation result between online & desktop

We have the following calculation:
ActCostOwnStaff = CALCULATE([Balance]; Employee[PersonnelNumber] <> "DUMMY" ; Account[Is86Account] = "TRUE")
 
Results in power BI desktop are ok, however after refresh in the power bi online, the results are all blank.
 
Any idea?

What is the data source type? Could you please provide some dample data for test? If [Balance] is a measure, what is its formula?

 

Does report show data after refresh in desktop version?
