Development Cycle – DEV, TEST & PROD environments in Power BI with Pro account

Hi,

 I need help for the Development Cycle – DEV, TEST & PROD environments in Power BI with Pro account. Can you please provide some steps for that? I tried but I have some questions about that when I move report DEV to UAT environments dataset not move with the report so how can I change the dataset for UAT environments. So it necessary for every time I need to publish to that particular environment like DEV, TEST, and UAT? and I am using a pro license.
