Desktop is very sluggish since June 2019 release

Maybe it is me and my large models, but the June 2019 release seems to be much more sluggish. With the changes to the interface, is it possible that it created downstream performance issues? I am talking about saving, creating new measures, modeling changes etc. all much slower (at least twice as slow for same model as before with no other changes).  Any suggestions?

Try the latest version (2.70.5494.701) of Power BI Desktop. You could also create a support ticket for assistance.
