Desktop Line and Clustered Column Chart data label size

Desktop application.  Line and Clustered Column Chart is not displaying changes to the data label size on the columns.  I can change the number of the text size from 9, but nothing happens to the visual.  The only thing that changes when the number is changed away from 9 is that characteristic gets a caution symbol next to it.

Here is a video of efforts to change the Column text size unsuccessfully

@S184019 ,

I have made a test on my side but couldn't reproduce this issue, the label size can be changed on my side. Please check if the power bi desktop version is latest.

Deleted the desktop program, rebooted, and reinstalled.  Same issue.  Any solution?  The PBIX contains confidential information.  Can we have next tier support look at it, please?

Hi Jimmy @v-yuta-msft ,

ISSUE 1) That link takes me to this forum.  There isn't a way to submit formal trouble ticket receiving a ticket number?  Are you able to do this at my behest?

ISSUE 2) Also while I am at it, Power BI's community website doesn't retain the login token which means that after a user clicks on ANY link to that website from any other section of the powerbi network of sites, the user is effectively logged out.  That is frustrating.  This holds true for different browsers (chrome and IE) and is true from various networks (UT SW, my home network).  As a pro user, this is problematic.

Help please?

I have the same problem, did you find out the solution?

@Anonymous

Thanks for reaching out.  The short answer is this is a formatting limitation with PBI.  The size is sterically hindered by the constraints of the visual.  Wish I had better news for you.
