Decomposition Tree Visual scroll doesn't work for some users

Hi, 

One of my users is having this issue that up and down arrows of tree visual are not clickable for him. For other users it works fine but for just one user the scroll under "Zone" doesn't work, however scroll under "Area" works fine.

I tried the latest version (2.87.1061.0) but cannot reproduce the issue. You may also try earlier versions from Previous monthly updates to Power BI Desktop and create a support ticket for assistance if necessary.
