Date Slicer - Sychronized - Moving Forward One Day

Date Range Original.JPGDate Range Changed.JPG

Since the June release we have noticed, that synced date slicers will move forward 1 day when navigating to a different page of a PowerBI report. Example: I select to view data between the dates of 06/01/2018 to 06/20/2018. When I move to a different page of the report the date selected will be 06/01/2018 to 06/21/2018.

  • This only occurs in the online version and we have cleared/reset all filters to default before testing.
  • No Bookmarks exist
  • No Visual Level, Page Level, or Report Level filters conflict with the dates being selected
  • It only adds one day to the furthest date requested. Not to the starting date
  • It only adjusts on the pages other than the page the date was selected on. Meaning, it will not keep increasing from page to page.
  • We have confirmed the Date Slicer is synced will all pages in the Sync Slicer pane
  • The date range remains the same on the page the date was selected on, until you choose a different date range on a different page.
    • Example:

Starting on Page01 I choose the date range of 06/01/2018 to 06/20/2018.

I navigate to Page02 and the date range will be 06/01/2018 to 06/21/2018.

I navigate to Page03 and the date range will be 06/01/2018 to 06/21/2018.

I navigate to Page01 and the date range will be 06/01/2018 to 06/20/2018

Likewise:

I navigate back to Page02 and the range will be 06/01/2018 to 06/21/2018.

I change the date range on Page02 to 06/01/2018 to 06/23/2018

I navigate to Page01 and the date range will be 06/01/2018 to 06/24/2018

I navigate to Page03 and the date range will be 06/01/2018 to 06/24/2018

I navigate to Page02 and the date range will be 06/01/2018 to 06/23/2018

I am having the exact same issue. Only in the service. I also had a simple measure that I wanted displayed in a card but it wouldn't display in the service.

The date thing is definitely a huge issue for me.

About one month after the status has been accepted, what is the progress of this problem?

This is also being widely reported at my organization. Is there any update on the fix?
