Date Slicer (Last 1 Day) Not Working As Expected

It's still 9:37PM on 9/14 and a Date Slicer set to "Last 1 Days" is showing 9/15/2019 to 9/15/2019 effectivly showing no data on other visualizations. Earlier in the day it was working properly showing 9/14/2019 to 9/15/2019 and showing the correct data on other visualizations.

I can get it to show the correct data on other visualizations by changing the Date Slicer to "Last 2 Days" but that seems tedius having to switch it at different times of the day.

This looks like a bug.

I'm not sure if the post above helps fix it. I think I understand that the slicers are basically using UTC, and that is the problem. Can't I set somewhere that I want slicers to use a specific time zone?
