Dataverse Image Columns Not Showing in Paginated Report

I have a published Power BI dataset that I'm using for both Power BI Desktop and Power BI paginated reports - both published to the Power BI service. The data source for the dataset is Dataverse. There are Image URL fields that correctly display the images in the Power BI Desktop report (published to the service). These same Image URL fields do not display in a Power BI paginated report built on the same exact published dataset. The following error occurs on the paginated report:

Unable to load image

This report makes use of an external image which is not a supported format or MIME type. Please contact the report author to update this report and image (Image1).

Since it is the same dataset and it works for the reports built in Power BI Desktop but not for the reports built in Power BI Report Builder, maybe it's a bug?
