Datasets Flyout "Last Refresh Succeeded" incorrect

The flyout shows 2/26/19 15:38 PST, while the last completed refresh in history popup shows 2/27/19 18:32 (PST/UTC ? Either way, does not match)

Please refresh the browser page then check it again. Also you can check if other datasets have the same issue.

I refreshed the browser page and checked today. I still see a mismatch (see attached picture. This was the same before and after I refresh the browser)
