Dataset with dataflow as datasource will not deploy from dev to test in pipeline

I have followed the pipeline guidelines around dataflows and datasets AFAIK.

But getting this when trying to deploy from Dev:

in case others have this issue please see documentation Github comments whioch explain there is a known bug which is obviously not yet fixed
