Dataset refresh in Power BI service takes exponentially longer today compared to a normal day

Today, when I try to refresh the Power BI report dataset, it takes an awfully long time. the datset which usually refreshes in 20-25 seconds is taking over 10 miutes to refresh today.

I can't get them to refresh at all. Did you open a support ticket? I did yesterday but no one's responded.

Does the issue happen to one specific dataset or all datasets? 

 

Which data source does the problematic dataset get data from?
