Dataflow : slow authoring and no refreshing in France

Hello,

 

We work for several clients in France and we are facing a huge issue on Power BI Dataflows created in tenants hosted in France.

Most of our Dataflows won't refresh, the dataflow authoring seems also very slow and we can barely visualize any simple step created in the Power Query Online Editor and the refreshes started to fail yesterday (2022-10-10). The Dataflows are created on shared capacity (Pro licence).

 

We noticed the issue on at least 3 different tenants, so it seems it comes from Microsoft Datacenters.

 

Another client of ours who is hosted in North Ireland doesn't seem to have a similar issue.

 

Can someone help ?

I have an issue when I save my dataset in sharepoint, and it doesn't sync to the web service. Is it the same issue?

Usually it takes like 10 minutes from the save until it's updated, but now 2 hours have passed without the dataset being updated with my new measures etc.

Hello,

 

The issue seems to be resolved for now.

All reported issues came from France. Here is some of the error messages :

The 'Internal error' message seemed to be the most common one.

We're in the US - Central Region - Our dataflows are refreshing but our datasets tied to our dataflows are not...AzureBlobs failed to get the response: 'Unable to connect to the remote server" is the most common error we're seeing.   Anybody else getting this?
