Dataflow Refresh - Internal Error

Hello,

Since last friday i'm with some issues in refresh my datasets. Most of the the refreshes that we try returns an internal error:

 

 

Error: Internal error Request ID: ad8067f3-103b-4cde-a815-9869e2a3f98c Activity ID: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000

 

 

 

My dataflows are connected to Google BigQuery, with Powerbi Connector,  and this never happened in the past. 
the error always happens at different refresh times, different entities,  and happens on all the Dataflows we have on the server on the various PRO accounts.
Do you have any idea of what is happening for this error

I've created a ticket two days ago, the support tried to help but they can't

Many projects stopped refreshing entirely.

We cannot work like this or trust Dataflows if this continues.

You need to escalate this quicky please!

Many recent failures for me - dataflow and source data structure are both unchanged for months. 

 

3 failed in a row yesterday morning (PST), then 4 ran ok in the afternoon. Prior days average 1-2 fails per day. 

 

Data source is Common Data Store, so a fellow Azure service running in the Microsoft stack.  Minimal logic in the queries, data volume is under 2000 rows. West US tenant.

Experiencing the same issue here with Dataflows that connect to Sharepoint Online sources.  If they do eventually refresh without erroring they seem to take several times longer than prior to 11th May

Our case is exactly the same. Since 11/05 dataflow is failing most of times.

One more productive day trying to refresh the dataflows. That is a disaster.

Same. Past two days.  Always failing at different points.  How can they claim that the service is working!

SAME HERE.  More than a week with this kind of issues.

 

1. Error: Internal error Request ID: XXXXXXXX-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx Activity ID: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000

 

And 

 

2. Error: We encountered an error while performing the refresh. Please try again. If the issue persists contact Support.

Based in UK - having same issues here with multiple data flows over last week. Dataflows are connecting to Azure database, and have been failing most days, but sometimes manually refreshes if lucky.  Getting differing error messages :

'The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue...'

OR 

Error: Internal error Request ID: 3878f2c0-4f13-483d-9a0b-e136a3053956 Activity ID: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000

The Dataflow continue unstable but, for the first time in 5 days, it was updated and dashboards could be updated aswell. I think we were lucky.

 

After speaking with support they said that this should be solved before the end of this week. It is highly recommended to open a support ticket.
