Dataflow Refresh Failure

Hello,

I just created my first dataflow to Amazon Redshift through a gateway. The setup and creation of the dataflow went as expected according to the guide I was using. However, when I did a manual refresh of the data it failed. This is the error I got:

Error: Received error payload from gateway service with ID 51633: The spooled operation id 2ebf3820-e048-4bf6-8805-40dd1ea22ea0 does not exist. Evict code: -1.. Request ID: b0cb802f-ceaf-1aa3-ab83-cc46219f94bc Activity ID: 09616abf-7a29-4c77-993a-70fccbdd5e6c

What does this mean? Why did the data work when created but not when manually refreshing it?

hi  @sdoggett

Try to update the gateway to the latest version and then try it again.

I tried that and it still didn't work. In fact the data gateway itself seems to have crashed. Is there somewhere i can send the logs in so I can find out what happened?

The Gateway version number I have is 3000.66.4 (November 2020)

hi  @sdoggett

for security reasons, you'd better submit a support ticket to get further help from power bi support team, export your gateway log and provide it to them.
