Data will not post. Error message is "Overbooks Outside Grid"

Help. My clinic data under Vista CUSS will not fill at all and has not for more than a week. I get the error message "(clinic utilization) Overbooks Outside Grid". I don't know what that means, my perimeters haven't changed.

I'm a little confused by your description, what is 'clinic data under Vista CUSS'? I don't what is it in power bi, could you please explain the problem with some screenshots? that will be a great help.

So when I try and pull up my Clinic Utilization Report in Power BI under the Vista CUSS tab I get the error message:

 Not usre what's going on. I changed no settings prior to this.

test if it works well in power bi desktop. 

Please try to delete the dataset and report in Power BI Service, and then republish the report from Power BI Desktop to Service.
