Data sources no longer refreshing on service

All reports that have been working fine in the past have issues refreshing since Saturday night/morning. Is this an update issue?

Some reports say ODBC: ERROR [HY000] [Microsoft][BigQuery] (100) and others have a timeout issue. None of the reports had this issue before Saturday and on the BigQuery side everything works fine. Refresh in Desktop is slow or also results in a timeout

is this still happing for you.  I had something similar but it has resolved.

I'm having the issue of getting an error that reads "Couldn't publish to Power BI. This report was already published to the location."

Previous to this morning I never had any issue updating the report on powerbi.com this way.

Now I can't get it to publish and I don't know of anything that has changed.

What are the data sources of your reports ? Can you refresh these reports successfully now?
