Power BI data set refresh failure alert notifications are not triggering to the mails which are actually given in Scheduled refresh option through setting option.
Alerts are are not triggering to the mails which has to be triggers actually.
Please provide us resolution this
Please check whether your settings are turned off . If it is enabled, are all users not receiving mail? Is it possible that the email was blocked by the mailbox ?

I have choosen both options in setting , it is sending mails only to data setowner and not getting to these contacts mails which i have provided. May I know what's the reason for this. Does this has to be configure by data set owner or BI Admin ?
