Data set and report won't refresh/publish

Hi

I continously get this mistake when updating my Power BI model. Furthermore, when I publish a new version from my desktop I get this mistake "publishing is complete. However we couldn't refresh your dataset""

Hi @v-yetao1-msft 

Thank you for your input. I have looked through the workarounds. The only that seems to work is if delete and publish a new version of my Power BI Report. However, I would like to avoid this as my report is shared with 80 people and I would then have to give these people access again manually.

Hi @v-yetao1-msft . Thank you for your input. I managed to solve the error by making the workspace to a premium and then turning it back to pro.
