Data of the report is not loading!!

do have a number of reports at the power bi service that is based on the import of data into the service. The data was updated according to schedule but when running the report, then nothing happens. It stops loading and shows a screen saying "Almost done" or sometimes no data is appearing at all.

 

Will you please look into the matter urgently as we need to deliver a lot of year-end reports.

Same issue

on support page it says North Europe maybe experiencing degradation / refresh issues - https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/

however this may have been posted months ago as there is no timeline on this or expectation timeline 

Would be nice to have a posted timeline and a ' we will update at 1pm / every hour etc

 

Microsoft really need some customer experience staff/expertise

Since yesterday , all the dataflows from a specific Workspace, daily scheduled, are failing with the message:

" There was a problem refreshing your dataflow. {"RootActivityId":"b1dcb38a-0d6d-a6dc-e1fb-6dff428adc1b"} "

 

Those dataflows have been refreshing daily for several month without issue. Note this issue is only for this workspace. Any idea to investigate ?
