Data not updating through Power BI Service

I have a published report with a scheduled refresh that is showing as updated. However, one dataset isn't actually refreshing and no error is given. If I refresh the desktop PBIX file it refreshes no problem. If I push a manual refresh online it still doesn't update.

 

I saw a recomendation to use a dataset needs to be available for filtering and modeling.

Data not updating through Power BI Service (as well). Seems to be stucking in refresh but there is this error.

 The error is on an XML in OneDrive and my PBIX has no source to a OneDrive. I suspect this is apart of the webserivce?

I have solved my issue by deleting the dataset and report. Then republishing to the workspace.
