Data not showing up

Hello,

One user in my organization has trouble viewing the last tab of a report (an X is shown in lieu of the visuals). The report is published through the New App Workspace. It's the only user experiencing the problem, and there is no special security (other than general access). Also, the last tab uses the same data source than the rest of the report. This has lasted for over a month now. Here is the message obtained by the user, in French:

The label is wrong, there are no custom visual on this page. Correct labels could read: Error, apps, service

If you're trying to give access to the report via the workspace, Does the user have a pro license?

The access is granted through the application, not the workspace. The user already has access to the report, with a Pro license. Out of 8 tabs within that report, only the last tab is problematic.

Does the last tab have a data source that is different than the others?

The answer to your question is in the original description: "Also, the last tab uses the same data source than the rest of the report."

The problem has spread to the last two tabs instead of the latest one, still for the same user. Is it possible to have someone from Microsoft look into this please?
