Data export with excel file failed from report

[Sustainability]

Hi team.
When I try to export data with excel from report, it is failed.
Despite I can export it with CSV, but can not with Excel.
Error message is :
File couldn't be created
Executing the Query for the Export Data operarion resulted in an error.

I guess if query have issue, I should not be able to export CSV too.

If you have some idea to solve it, please reply.
