When I try to go in any of our dashboards, it just keeps loading and never go in.
Our IT support has tried to log on both my PC and on another PC, with the same results.
They conclude that the issue is probably related to my account.
All other Apps of the online Office 365 are working well.
Any idea how to fix it?
Try getting a network trace using a tool like fiddler and create a support ticket for assistance if necessary.
