Data Upload Limit in Power Bi Service

I have a data model of more than 1 Gb which I need to upload and  this file would keep on increasing as the months go by. But I am not able to uplad this data because of file size limitation of 1gb in upload to serivice.

This is a file size limitation in current version.

@v-haibl-msft When would the upload limit increse to 2GB? This  would be of great help. Also in current limit if the file is uploaded at 900MB can the file size exceed the 1GB amount as result of cummulation of data?

There is no specific date for this improvement.

We can upload the file which is smaller than 1GB to PBI Service, if the file size exceed the 1GB amount later, refreshing the dataset will give an error message letting you know your dataset is too large, and it will fail to refresh until you filter the data model back down under 1 GB.

Its a customer feedback. Please Extend the Upload limit to 2GB at least
