Data Point Rectangle Select Breaks Visual Scrollbars

I know the Data Point Rectangle Select is a preview feature, but I wanted to call out what I think is a bug to make sure people are aware of it. Until this is fixed, I won't be able to use it on several reports. With this preview feature enabled and the report published to the service, the scrollbars on bar charts or other visuals are impossible to click and drag with the mouse. When trying to do so, it starts the rectangle select box. This occurs on both Chrome and Edge. See screenshot below.
