Data Label Conditional Formatting

managed to do conditional format where if one column is greater than the other column, one colour otherwise different colour.

shows up in powerbi desktop but when publish it to BI service, the conditional formatting is gone

anyone had this issue?

It has not yet been fully fixed and is expected to be repaired in phases starting October 4.
