Dashboard tiles on endless "Refreshing" loop

We've published a report to PowerBI services and everything is working fine, except when we pin a visual from our report to our dashboard. Initially the tile shows just fine, but after refreshing the page, the tile just goes on a endless "Refreshing Data" loop. 

A very similar problem has already been solved in 2017 by an update, however it seems like the issue has returned.

The report was build on a live connection with SSAS tabular model.

The problem is occuring for multiple reports.

What is the gateway version do you use? Could you please use fiddler to capture the process and share trace log here?

Hi Lydia,

 

Thank you for your reply. We are directly connected to SSAS via Azure, therefore we don't use a gateway.

 

What we did figure out is that a resource couldn't be loaded in the dashboard.
The server: https://wabi-europe-north-b-redirect.analysis.windows.net/powerbi/resource/userPhoto/?huid=230278608

The server responded with a 404 error.
