Dashboard link issue

We have created a dashboard with multiple reports, within one workspace.

Viewing the dashboard through clicking on our workspaces is fine.

However, when copying the link, and trying to open it, we receive the following error (even dashboard creators receive it):

Hi @mtran1516,

1. Please open the dashboard from workspace, compare the dashboard URL with the sent dashboard link, make sure they are exactly the same. 

2. Please open IE Inprivate mode, copy and paste this dashboard link to IE then press enter. It should open the Sign in page, please click Sign In to enter the valid credential to see if you can view the dashboard successfully.
