Dashboard Tiles "Last Refresh Time" is Static

If I select to show the last refreshed time on a tile of a dashboard, once the tile has been refreshed it will say "Last refreshed: Now" and wont change.

Can we have the option to just display the last refresh time, not the length of time since the refresh

Based on my test, if we refresh the dashboard, it will display the last refresh time as Now. But if we wait for a while, refresh the browser page, the last refresh time will display as detail time value, see:

@v-qiuyu-msft  Thats the problem. You have to refresh the screen. 

My dashboards are displayed on TVs around the business in full screen and are not turned off. So without the refresh they just stay saying "Refreshed: Now"
