Custom visual made with Charticulator not respecting scale

Do someone know why my visual made with Charticulator is not respecting the scale please? Here only deep blue rectangles are resized:

Which, custom visual do you use? 

Would you please share a pbix file with us? If it's possible, you can upload it to your OneDrive and post the share link here if the report doesn't contain sensitive data.

Yet I think you won't able to see it as my company restricted the access only to members of our organisation...

The screenshots above are when I filter on 2 months, yet with 12 months I have no resizing at all (2nd tab)
