Custom formatting colours remain as default, even though new Theme is applied

I changed the Theme colours using a JSON file. However, the conditional formatting colour palette still shows the default colours. Elsewhere, the new theme is working.

I can repro the same issue as you. I’ve reported it internally to Power BI Team: CRI 33472288
I’ll post here once I get any update about it.
