Custom format to add brackets to negative not working when using format to millions

Hi

I am trying to custom format a measure to be used in a graph to that the number is in 'millions' and negatives have brackets round them.

I am using the custom format #,##0,,;(#,##0,,) to achieve this but the negative side is not performing the 'to millions' part of the format - although brackets appear and positive numbers display as expected.

Example

1234567890 using format above correctly display as 1,235

-1234567890 displays incorrectly as (1,234,567,890) - the 'to millions' does not work

If I change the format removing the brackets () and placing a leading hyphen in front of the negative side as so #,##0,,;-#,##0,, i get the following

1234567890 using format above correctly display as 1,235

-1234567890 displays as -1,234 - the 'to millions' works.

I cannot use the format function as I need to use the measure in the graph (bar) and display the measure value.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Cheers

You may add a decimal separator at the end.

Fantastic

Not sure why that works but it does - thank you
