Custom Visual slow in PBI Service

Hi,

 

Does anyone know how it comes our custom visual is remarkably slower in the Power BI Service in comparison with in Power BI Desktop?
Are there any limitations for custom visuals online?

 

All ideas are welcome!

@Goofr ,

 

Do you mean the data refresh in power bi service is slower then power bi? If so, this is a performance issue which is not related with custom visual, please check if the network bandwidth is enough.

It is de data refresh, but the data is not that big, 100 records and 30 columns...

How do I check the network bandwith?
