Currency General only supports Auto decimal

Hi,

I'm trying to use "Currency General" format with fixed decimal places, but when I change to a fixed number of decimal places, it changes the Format to my local currency.

Is this by design, or a bug? 

If it's by design, what's the rationale?

I got response from PG:

This behavior is by Design at the moment.  If you need more functinoality in currency general then please submit a feature request in Power BI ideas forum.
