Copy visual as image not working

When I use the Copy Visual as Image feature and paste it anywhere (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc), all I get is the Heading, a Hyperlink to the report, Data as at date/time and the Filter details.  The actual Image does not get copied. No error messages.  It used to work sometime ago.   I've tried various types of visuals with no luck.

I've tried this from within the App and the Workspace. I have a Power BI Pro license and we have Premium P1 Capacity.

That works fine for me. Try it again and create a support ticket for assistance if necessary.
