Copy visual as image from Focus mode not working

I have a large matrix with many rows.  When i view in Focus mode, the entire matrix is visable.  I select the Copy visual as image icon in the top right and copy to the clipboard.  When i paste into microsoft word, the image revers back to a what is displayed on the dashboard.  As mentioned in other posts, i try to expand the image but it just stretches the image and does not show more of the information.
