Copy dataflow using .json

Last week, I was able to download a .json file of an existing dataflow and upload it to create a new duplicate dataflow. The M code of that dataflow has been untouched since and has succesfully refreshed many times over the last week.

Today I tried to repeat the process - download .json of existing dataflow, upload to create a new one. After creating the new one, I am prompted to "specify how to connect". When I try to do this, I get the messages below.

"We encountered an unexpected error." When I close that window it says "Unable to create OAuth" connection.

I tried this with both the .json file that I downloaded today as well as the one that I downloaded and used to create the existing dataflow. Again, the dataflow I export from still works.

Any ideas on what could be going on here?
