Copy Visual as image not working - something went wrong

In the last few days, we are no longer able to use the Copy Visual as image icon on visuals in our reports and apps.  The error returned just says 'something went wrong'.

Our desktops also not able to copy the image when clicking 'Copy Visual as image' icon. It just stated 'Something went wrong'. Hope there is a solution for this.

I have a meeting scheduled with Microsoft tech support in less than an hour but just tested the functionality and the copy visual appears to be functional once more. It is now working on the reports I've tested. Is anyone else seeing the functionality restored?
