Continuous Loading Circle When Downloading New Visuals From Appsource

Hey there,

When I go to add any new visual from AppSource, I get the good ol' loading circle. Doesn't matter if I quit, restart, etc. I've tried this on different networks. No luck.

 

I can quit out of this with Alt+F4, but it's still stuck. Anyone else? Any ideas?

 

Step One: I can get to the visuals page.

I did a simple test, but it doesn't seem to reproduce your problem successfully.
For Power BI Service, the version I tested was 13.0.19403.8

For Power BI Desktop, the version I tested was 2.110.1085.0 64-bit (October 2022)

@v-xiaoyan-msft Thank you for checking! I'm beginning to suspect it has something to do with organizational policy setting for Office 365.

 

If I log into my own personal account from my computer, I can load these entirely fine. When I switch back to my work account, I run into issues where it appears some aspects of the AppSource service are blocked--It's just weird that it doesn't straight up say that it's blocked like it does through the Office Store like below:
