Constant refresh failures after May 2020 Report Server upgrade

We recently updated to the May release of the report server, and now scheduled refreshes are failing constantly. Almost all of them fail with the message:

[0] 0: There is no data in the database for @CatalogItemId=[CatalogItemId];@ContentType=DataModel

There is definitely data in the database, and querying from SSMS will load it every time. I've never had a refresh fail within PowerBI desktop either, only on the server. Manually refreshing sometimes causes it go through successfully, but sometimes that fails too.

I would suggest you create a support ticket here for further analysis.

It seems the solution was "Delete the dashboard and re-upload the exact same file." Not great, but at least it's back up and running.

We're experiencing the same issue after updating to May 2020 earlier this week.
