Consistent Failures With Scheduled Refresh From Sharepoint List

I'm refreshing on a schedule (once/hr.) from a sharepoint list that's only 60 items or so, but Power BI consistently fails it's refresh operation:

Data source error:	The operation was throttled by Power BI Premium because there were too many datasets being processed concurrently. Please try again later.

Hi @Dustin, 

In your scenario, there are too many datsets refresh at the same time which consume all Premium memory. Please check which premium SKU you are using, different SKUs has different maximum parallel refresh. Please set different schedule refresh time for the dataset. In our workspace, I see 4 datasets scheduled for refresh.  How many are supported?
