Consistent Failures With Scheduled Refresh From Sharepoint List

I'm refreshing on a schedule (once/hr.) from a sharepoint list that's only 60 items or so, but Power BI consistently fails it's refresh operation:

Last refresh failed: Wed Apr 10 2019 11:58:19 GMT-0700 (Pacific Daylight Time)
There was an error when processing the data in the dataset.

Hi @Dustin

In your scenario, there are too many datsets refresh at the same time which consume all Premium memory. Please check which premium SKU you are using, different SKUs has different maximum parallel refresh. Please set different schedule refresh time for the dataset. For more information, please refer to this document: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-premium-understand-how-it-works

In our workspace, I see 4 datasets scheduled for refresh.  How many are supported?
