Connect to Power BI Data from Excel

Hi Team,
Getting the below error message when I try to connect to data from the Power BI add in from Excel:

'Failed to retrieve a list of groups'

Error details:

Activity Id: 25e1ec09-306d-424f-91bd-6ce7cffb1f18
Request Id: 3e0f8180-4f9b-489e-9dcb-e1cce6f841af

Any ideas on what to do?

Hi @rajjet, 

It looks like you are using Power BI publisher for Excel, right? 

Please check the account you signed in, you can sign out then sign in with the valid Power BI account. Also please update the Power BI publisher for Excel driver to the latest version.
