Connect to Oracle DB from Power BI via DirectQuery

Once the report publish to Power BI report, encountered an unexpected Error: “Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report.…”. The data source is Oracle DB and using DataQuery.

Everything looks good and working fine on Power BI desktop version.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Tried all the below but no luck!

  1. When trying to connect to Oracle DB from Power BI desktop, skip giving the port number in the server input box. Although the tool tip mentions u can enter as server:port (Outcome: Issue not resolved)
  2. Removed the use of any operations on date columns in the query (Outcome: Issue not resolved)

Do anyone know from where can I submit a ticket with Power BI support team from government tenant? I don't see an option in Admin Portal.
