Conection to Gcloud Database to automatically refresh my Reports fails

Hi, I need your help. 

I need to automatically refresh my reports, but when I am cofiguring my credentials in order to connect automatically to my database in Gcloud, the system stays there processing and it never finishes or inform me about any error or problem, it just stays as the picture describes. I am in a trial version. Please Help me, what do I have to do, I need to refresh automatically the reports I 've built for the company where I work. Many thanks!

where is your datasource？

If the data source is local, you need to configure the gateway as well as the correct data source for this report, have you followed the steps below?

Add or remove a gateway data source - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Configure scheduled refresh - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
