Conditionally exclude or include people to specific reports within an App

I am having 5 reports within an App and don't want certain users to view 3 reports at all.

Need to include/exclude users in all the reports.

Is there any workaround for the same ?

For your case, try to use RLS in these 3 reports.

In this way,  certain users couldn't view 3 reports context in this app.

another workaround is you could copy the 3 reports to another workspace and create a separate App and share this app to  certain users.
