Hi @Anonymous,

 

Do you mean sorting the row group values in a matrix? I tried to reproduce the issue on my side but unfortunately. 

 

Please test our sample pbix file on your side to see if the same issue occurs.

By the way, please try to run the latest Power BI desktop version 2.65.5313.841 64-bit (December 2018).
